Special Cargo or vehicle cargo can be easily sourced from anywhere by requesting the Terrorbyte at a location, eliminating the need to visit the office and logging on to the CEO computer every time cargo needs to be sourced.
The greatest feature of the nerve centre however is its mobile abilities. It features a nerve centre which is the only place in the whole game where the Oppressor MK II can be customized.
